Meyer drove his car on water alone, and so can you. He died before fully describing the key to doing it. His U.S. Patents on the Water Fuel Cell expired at midnight EST, on Tuesday, June 26th, 2007, leaving the technology in the public domain. The H2earth Institute has constructed a faithful replication of the hardware, but the signal itself is still a mystery. We invite your help.

ABOUT THE SYSTEM
The Water Fuel Cell you see operating above consists of 20 stainless steel resonator tube sets within a five gallon PET enclosure. The Signals are processed by a computer into a DC variable voltage amplitude which is fed to the tubular electrodes. The water used is filtered tap water from the public supply in, yes, Clearwater, Florida. No salts, acids, alkalies, or other chemicals are used as electrolyte. The common-ducted cell delivers a combustible fuel gas mixture consisting of both monatomic and diatomic Hydrogen and Oxygen, OH Hydroxyl radicals, O3 (Ozone), H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) and other molecular configurations of Hydrgoen and Oxygen. It can be used in all conventional [spark ignited] Internal Combustion Engines, giving off only water vapor as exhaust - which can be captured and condensed and recirculated in the system, if desired.
